Weston Moore, LCSW

Weston is an LCSW who enjoys helping individuals and families overcome harmful behaviors and improve their relationships. He has experience in the treatment of childhood trauma, anxiety disorders,  and long-term goal development. Since becoming a licensed social worker, Weston has worked in a wide variety of treatment settings with individuals of all ages and diagnoses. He hopes to use the tools learned along the way to help others heal from any wound of the heart or mind, no matter the person or circumstance.

Weston takes a person-centered approach to therapy and commonly utilizes ACT, CBT, TF-CBT, and Collaborative Problem-solving in his practice. These treatments aim to assist clients with developing meaningful goals, improved self-awareness, and mental flexibility. He believes commitment to these pursuits inevitably leads them to a greater sense of purpose and peace in their daily lives.
