Many of the clients I work with carry the weight of painful or overwhelming past experiences. They may feel stuck, anxious, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Often, they’ve tried pushing through on their own but find themselves repeating patterns that no longer serve them. My ideal client is ready to do the work of healing and creating change. They want to feel lighter, more grounded, and in control of their life, relationships, and emotions, and above all, to heal from what has happened so they can live with more peace, purpose, and hope.

My heart is in trauma work, and I’m trained in EMDR, CPT, and Brainspotting. I also use CBT and person-centered approaches to meet you where you are. I provide a safe, LGBTQIA+ affirming space to process experiences, break old patterns, and heal so you can reconnect with yourself with compassion and strength.

Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve carried your pain for a long time.
