I’ve been working in medical office support for over 3 years, focusing on insurance verification, patient records, and intake documentation. I enjoy finding ways to make communication smoother and processes more efficient, because it helps both patients and colleagues feel supported.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter and celebrating small wins together whether it’s outings, shared meals, or simple everyday joys. One accomplishment I’m proud of is helping streamline patient scheduling, which made a real difference in reducing wait times and improving the experience for everyone.
