Laura Gottsponer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arkansas with over 20 years of experience helping clients reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change. She works with individuals facing depression, anxiety, postpartum concerns, trauma, childhood sexual abuse, and life transitions, as well as parents navigating relationship challenges, personal growth, and goal-setting. Laura also specializes in women’s mental health and First Responder support, helping clients build resilience, emotional regulation, and a life that is healthy, balanced, and uniquely their own.

Laura is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) therapy, and uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach. She helps clients identify areas that may be creating stuck patterns, process complex emotions, and explore personal growth opportunities in a safe, supportive, and welcoming therapeutic space.
