Kelli “Amber” Marengo, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Embark on a transformative journey with a compassionate Christian therapist who integrates nursing experience with faith-based support. I offer treatment for a range of issues, including life transitions, depression, self-esteem challenges, PTSD, insomnia, and grief. Utilizing CBT, I draw on my expertise in both medical and mental health to help you thrive. Together, we can find solutions to improve your mental well-being and rediscover your goals. Let’s work toward healing, strength, and renewal. My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of my personal understanding of healing, and it deeply informs the way I approach counseling. It guides me to see each person as inherently valuable, created with purpose, and capable of growth and transformation. While I work with individuals from all backgrounds and always respect each client’s unique worldview, my faith influences my commitment to providing a safe, compassionate, and hope-filled environment. I strive to embody Christ-like qualities such as empathy, humility, and grace, while supporting clients in their own journey toward healing and wholeness.

"Praise be to the God… who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."
—2 Corinthians 1:3–4 (NIV)

My background in nursing has also shaped how I approach therapy. It has given me a deep appreciation for the connection between physical, emotional, and mental health, and taught me the importance of holistic, compassionate care. In nursing, I learned to listen closely—not just to symptoms, but to people’s stories—and that same skill carries into the therapeutic space. I bring a calm, grounded presence and a strong sense of advocacy, meeting clients where they are with empathy and respect. My clinical experience also helps me recognize when integrated care or collaboration with other healthcare providers is needed, ensuring clients receive the most comprehensive support possible.

To the women I serve, ages 18 to 70: I want you to know that seeking help is a courageous first step, and you are not alone. No matter where you are in your journey or what you’ve been through, healing is possible with Christ. There is hope—even if you can’t see it yet. Change doesn’t always happen overnight, but every step forward matters. You are worthy of support, of peace, and of a life with meaning. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, respect, and without judgment—helping you move toward healing, growth, and renewal, one step at a time.
