Jen Moix, LCSW
Jennifer Moix, LCSW believes that many people come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns they cannot seem to change, or weighed down by past experiences that continue to impact daily life. Anxiety, overthinking, people pleasing, emotional shutdown, chronic stress, and unresolved trauma can leave the nervous system operating in survival mode long after difficult experiences have passed. Jennifer is passionate about helping clients better understand these patterns while creating meaningful and lasting change.
Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR Certified Therapist practicing in Arkansas. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, depression, and the lasting effects of adverse childhood experiences and attachment wounds. Using a personalized and evidence-based approach, Jennifer integrates EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT-informed interventions, and Ego State techniques to support each client’s unique healing journey.
Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine empathy and care. Jennifer believes healing happens within safe, supportive relationships where clients feel seen, heard, respected, and understood. She meets clients where they are by offering gentle reflection alongside practical strategies and active guidance that can be applied in everyday life. Together, clients work toward building emotional resilience, strengthening self-trust, improving coping skills, and restoring a greater sense of balance, safety, and control.
Jennifer strives to create an environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as themselves without judgment. Whether someone is navigating overwhelming stress, processing trauma, or working to reconnect with themselves, she considers it a privilege to walk alongside them through the healing process.
