Counseling for Families, Children, Teens, and Young Adults – Serving Arkansas
I am deeply committed to helping families, children, teens, and young adults ready to make meaningful change. My goal is to help individuals and families identify areas for growth and build practical skills to reach personal, social, and emotional goals. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety disorders, supporting them in developing social-emotional life skills while fostering self-love and acceptance—foundations for becoming resilient, confident individuals.
I provide a safe, trauma-informed space where clients can explore challenges, process past experiences, and develop strategies to move forward with confidence. Whether you are an individual who has experienced trauma, struggled with self-acceptance, or a parent navigating feelings of guilt or inadequacy, my goal is for you to feel empowered, understood, and supported throughout your therapy journey. Sessions are available in-person in Arkansas or via secure telehealth across the state to meet your needs wherever you are.
My counseling approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates Trauma-Informed Care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Conscious Discipline, Applied Positive Behavior Analysis, and Person-Centered techniques. I tailor therapy to your unique strengths, challenges, and goals to provide effective support for both individuals and family systems.
If you are seeking compassionate, evidence-based support for anxiety, emotional challenges, trauma, or family dynamics, therapy can help you or your family develop resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. Call today or reach out to begin your journey toward growth and well-being.
