She enjoys working with clients in the specific areas of improving Mental Health, coaching from a Christian Perspective, and engaging stories to arrive at Life Harmony. Carol is dedicated to offering strengths-based support to help clients develop a healthy balance in life with movement toward joy, peace, and freedom. She is passionate about empowering, encouraging, and motivating clients as she gives guidance in decision-making offers support in navigating mental health difficulties, and assists in establishing a recovery plan. She enjoys helping those who are motivated, find ways to obtain and maintain stability, manage difficult symptoms, rebuild relationships, and find purpose for living.

She is responsive to clients whose needs extend beyond the scope of coaching and refers them to licensed mental health professionals for diagnosis and treatment planning. When a client has a diagnosis and treatment plan in place, she enjoys partnering with them to manage symptoms, build recovery support, and work toward life goals such as treatment compliance, relationships, work, and education.

Carol’s approach to coaching is to offer a compassionate and empathetic environment to hear your story, join your experience, empower you to connect with the hard parts of your story and engage with you as you find your path to healing and harmony. This is accomplished through action-oriented growth opportunities that move clients toward improving their lives and reaching their goals for the future. She helps clients create a clear plan of action while honoring their values and helping them make principle-based decisions, using their current strengths to achieve future goals.

Carol has a vision of hope for her clients that leads to spiritual and mental wellness.
