Ashley Hutton, LAC

First Responder & Women’s Therapy – Conway, Arkansas & Telehealth

Ashley Hutton is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who combines clinical expertise with personal experience to provide compassionate, individualized mental health care. She utilizes evidence-based practices to help clients navigate complex emotional challenges, manage stress, and reclaim their sense of self.

First Responder Wellness

As a former First Responder herself, Ashley understands the unique emotional and psychological toll of service. She works with law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and other responders facing trauma, burnout, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges tied to the job. Her firsthand experience allows her to create a safe, validating space where responders feel seen, understood, and supported throughout their healing journey. Ashley uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions to guide responders in building resilience, managing stress, and reconnecting with purpose—both on and off the job.

“I can handle what you bring to the table—I do my own work.”

Empowering Women Through Self-Worth & Identity

Ashley is also passionate about supporting women struggling with self-esteem, identity, and personal growth. She provides a safe space for women to explore their inner narratives, identify unhelpful patterns and attachment difficulties, and develop confidence in their voice and values. She blends DBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques to foster emotional regulation, self-compassion, and personal empowerment. Ashley helps women navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and long-standing internal conflicts to uncover strength and live authentically.

Therapy Approach & Philosophy

Ashley’s approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She believes healing is possible for everyone and that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful space for transformation and growth.
