Allison Reynolds, LPC

Adolescent, Teen, and Women’s Therapy – Supporting Growth and Healing

Need some support? Going through a rough patch? Allison loves celebrating clients’ little wins, helping them build confidence, personal growth, and lasting healing. She has over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and teens, specializing in navigating the “hormonal years.” Teens often feel overwhelmed, unheard, and face challenges with rejection, peer relationships, family dynamics, self-confidence, school stress, grief, or trauma. Allison helps teens develop coping skills, build resilience, and improve emotional regulation, which positively impacts family relationships as well.

Allison also enjoys working with adult clients, especially women who have experienced abusive relationships. She provides a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration, helping clients better understand themselves, process past experiences, and build self-confidence.

Her approach is person-centered therapy, emphasizing active listening, validation, and creating a supportive environment. She blends this with creative and evidence-informed strategies, including mindfulness techniques, creative arts, and practical coping skills. Allison helps clients address both everyday stressors and deeper life challenges, supporting growth, emotional regulation, and resilience.

“Let’s just be real and get down to what is causing your mini bumps in life. I would love to work with you and your family to help you succeed and overcome these obstacles.”
